ಕಲ್ಯಾಣ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ರಸ್ತೆ ಸಾರಿಗೆ ನಿಗಮ
ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳು:
a) Pass in PUC in Arts or Commerce or Science OR 10+2 of ICSE, CBSE OR Equivalent qualification, i.e., Thee (3) years Diploma from the Department of Technical Education. (Excluding PUC or 12th Standard of Open University / Open School/ JOC/ JLC)
b) Six (6) month’s Certificate Course in Computer Basics with the knowledge of Kannada and English typing.
c) Selected candidate shall pass Computer Knowledge Test conducted by the Corporation or any other authority authorized by the Corporation within the period of six (6) months, failing which the appointment stands cancelled.
ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳು:

b) Must possess a valid M.V. Conductor License and Badge.
c) ಪುರುಷ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 160 cm ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 150 cm ಎತ್ತರ ಇರಬೇಕು.
ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳು:
a) Must have passed SSLC or equivalent examination.
b) Must be in possession of 2 years HTV license to drive Heavy passenger / Goods Vehicles and Badge in Karnataka.
c) Must have attained the age of Twenty Four (24) years and must not have attained the age of Thirty Five (35) years.
d) There will be a Trade Test conducted twice through computerized system for assessing the candidate for a maximum of 50 marks. The tests will be conducted by two officers independently each assessing the candidate for a maximum of 25 Marks. The Test will be conducted separately by Class-I (Junior) Officer of any department, from the list of examiners nominated by the Managing Director. The selection of the candidates will be on the basis of marks secured in the Trade tests, provided that the candidates who secure less than 25 Marks out of the total of 50 marks, in the said Test are treated as failed in the Test and not eligible for selection.
e) ಪುರುಷ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 163 cm ಎತ್ತರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 55 kg ತೂಕವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 153 cm ಎತ್ತರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 50 kg ತೂಕವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.

c) Must have attained the age of Twenty Four (24) years and must not have attained the age of Thirty Five (35) years. d) There will be a Trade Test conducted twice through computerized system for assessing the candidate for a maximum of 50 marks. The tests will be conducted by two officers independently each assessing the candidate for a maximum of 25 Marks. OR must be an Ex-service personnel with Second class Army Certificate or equivalent grade in Navy/Air Force. (Excluding PUC or 12th Standard of Open University / Open School/ JOC/ JLC).
b) ಪುರುಷ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 163 cm ಎತ್ತರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 55 kg ತೂಕವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 153 cm ಎತ್ತರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 50 kg ತೂಕವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
c) The candidates have to undergo the following physical efficiency tests :- Qualifying Parameters
I. For Male Candidates: (a) 400 meters running Within 80 Seconds. (b) Long Jump Not less than 3.50 meters (c) Shot put – 7.26 kgs of weight Not less than 5.00 meters
II. For Female Candidates:

a) Pass in ITC/ ITI/ NAC in Mechanic (Motor vehicle)/ Diesel Mechanic/ Auto Electrician/ Welder/ Sheet Metal Worker/ Electronic-Mechanic/ Upholstery/ Draftsman (Mechanical)/ Fitter/ Machinist/ Tyre Fitting/ Vulcanizing/ Painting/ Refrigeration and Air Conditioning/ Turner/ Automobile/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Fabrication (Fitting & Welding) from an institution recognized by the Technical Board or the Government after a pass in SSLC from the Secondary Board of Education.
b) Shall obtain Light Motor Driving license before completion of probationary period.
c) ಪುರುಷ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 163 cm ಎತ್ತರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 55 kg ತೂಕವನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಮಹಿಳಾ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 153 cm ಎತ್ತರ ಹಾಗೂ ಕನಿಷ್ಟ 50 kg ತೂಕವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದಿರಬೇಕು.
Must have passed VII Standard or equivalent qualification.
ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳು: a) Must have passed in VII Standard or equivalent qualification.
b) Must have good physique and must be capable of performing the duties of wet Sweeper.

ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಯ ಪತಿ/ಪತ್ನಿಯು ತಮ್ಮ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಪೈಕಿ ನೌಕರಿಗೆ ಯಾರನ್ನು ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬ ಕುರಿತು ಸ್ಪಷ್ಟವಾಗಿ ನಮೂದಿಸಿದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಹುದ್ದೆಯ ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳಿಗೆ ಪೂರಕವಾಗುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸತಕ್ಕದ್ದು ಹಾಗೂ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು Online ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡುವಾಗ ಅಪ್ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡತಕ್ಕದ್ದು.
(* ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು, # ಮೀಸಲಾತಿ ಬಯಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕಾದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು).
ನೌಕರಿಗೆ ನಾಮ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾದ ಸದಸ್ಯರ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ನೈಜತೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಅವರ ಪೂರ್ವಾಪರ ಚಾರಿತ್ರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಾಧಿಕಾರಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸಂವಹಿಸಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗೆ ಒಳಪಡಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಪರಿಶೀಲನಾ ವರದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರತಿಕೂಲ ಷರಾ ಇಲ್ಲದಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಂತಹವರನ್ನು ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಇರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಜೇಷ್ಠತೆಯನ್ನು ಅವರು ಅನುಕಂಪದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಕಾತಿ ಕೋರಿ ನಿಗದಿತ ನಮೂನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ದಿನಾಂಕದ ಆಧಾರದ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಪೈಕಿ ಎರಡು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ವಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಮೊದಲ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅಪಘಾತದಿಂದ ಅಥವಾ COVID-19 ರೋಗದಿಂದ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಅವಲಂಬಿತರನ್ನು ಹಾಗೂ ಎರಡನೇ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿಇತರೆ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಮರಣ ಹೊಂದಿದ ಉದ್ಯೋಗಿಗಳ ಅವಲಂಬಿರನ್ನು ಇರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಸದರಿ ಎರಡೂ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಣಾ ಪಟ್ಟಿಗಳಿಂದ 1:1 ರ ಅನುಪಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳ ಲಭ್ಯತೆಯ ಮೇರೆಗೆ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೇಮಕಾತಿಗೆ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
ಖಾಲಿ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳು ಲಭ್ಯವಾದ ನಂತರ ನಿಗಮದ ಅವಶ್ಯಕತೆಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ನಿಗಮದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಕುರಿತು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಸದರಿ ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿ ಕರ್ತವ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಹಾಜರಾಗುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯನ್ನು ಒಂದು ವರ್ಷದ ಅವಧಿಗೆ “ಕರ್ತವ್ಯದ ಮೇಲಿನ ತರಬೇತಿ (On Job Training)”ಗೆ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ತರಬೇತಿ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸಿದವರನ್ನು ಎರಡು ವರ್ಷಗಳ ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆಯ (Probation) ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಯೋಜಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು. ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾರ್ಥ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನು ಸಹ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಪೂರೈಸಿದಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಸೇವೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಯಮಾನುಸಾರ ಖಾಯಂ ಗೊಳಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
